By accessing the Apex Motion Rehab website and utilizing our clinical services, you agree to comply with the following terms and operational guidelines.

1. Medical Disclaimer

The content on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Complex post-op consultations require prior MRI review from your referring orthopedic surgeon.

2. Clinic Policies

We require 24 hours notice for session cancellations. Failure to provide notice may result in a fee. Our operational hours in Boulder, Colorado dictate our response times.

3. Liability

Physical therapy involves inherent risks. Patients must consent to treatment protocols, including Manual Joint Mobilization and Isokinetic Strengthening, prior to therapy initiation.
